Marketing Strategy
We target both small and large-scale farmers during the planting seasons i.e. peak periods of March to May and September to November, who come from rural areas as substantial farming is done in those areas. Our strategy to reach full target market entails word of mouth, exhibitions, social platforms, farmers trainings at ground level and seminars.Our products are unique from other organic products in terms of effectiveness in their performance on the crops. Additionally, the raw materials we use in making them have very specific elements that we extract from them.
Sales strategy
We currently sell our products directly and plan to additionally sell through retailers, distributers, whole sellers and website. Through these channels we will be able to reach out to our target market thereby increasing sales. We target agrovets in selling our products. We offer competitive pricing on our products which attracts more customers. The advantage of using these channels is that they have direct involvement with the farmers who are the end users of our products and will thus be able to convince them to use them over the agro chemicals.
